You already have an energetic inner world. Reiki gives you a practice for learning how to notice it, connect with it, and work with energy more intentionally.
This intimate two-day training is an official Usui Reiki Level I & II Certification course. Through instruction, attunements, hands-on practice, and guided exploration, you'll learn the foundations of Usui Reiki while deepening your relationship with your own Energetic SELF.
Upon completion of the weekend, you will be certified in Usui Reiki Levels I & II and prepared to practice Reiki with yourself and others.
Throughout the weekend, you'll learn to sense and work with Reiki energy through direct experience rather than simply memorizing techniques. You'll have space to notice what happens within your own body and energetic field as you practice.
Reiki Level I
You'll explore the history and foundations of Usui Reiki, the Reiki principles, energetic awareness, hand positions, self-Reiki, offering Reiki to others, and establishing your own Reiki practice. You'll also receive your Reiki Level I attunement.
Reiki Level II
You'll deepen your practice by learning the traditional Reiki II symbols and their uses, mental and emotional Reiki, distance Reiki, and techniques for working with others. You'll receive your Reiki Level II attunement and have plenty of opportunity to practice giving and receiving Reiki.
With only six participants, there is room for questions, individual guidance, reflection, and hands-on experience so you can become familiar with how Reiki feels and moves through you.
You'll leave with your Usui Reiki Level I & II certification, practical experience giving and receiving Reiki, resources for continuing your practice, and a deeper connection with your own Energetic SELF.
