We live our lives through our stories.

The stories of our past shape how we show up in our present lives, and influence our future. Intentional Creativity® lovingly allows us to put color, shape, and form to these stories so that we can transform and heal them in a way that is fun and empowering. Intentional Creativity® balances the right and left hemispheres of the brain, releases blocked energy in the body, connects us with our intuition, and gives us access to our own healing information and insights. Often times, this healing happens while one is in their own creative flow, having fun and enjoying the experience.

Intentional Creativity® can be used in combination with other healing methods to add a new depth and dimension to any form of therapy. It can be used to dive deeper into the inquiries that arise in other healing processes, and help one arrive at a new perspective in a revolutionary way.

Intentional Creativity® practitioners provide a variety of services ranging from online courses, luxury group retreats, weekend workshops, mini workshops, and one on one coaching packages tailored to suit the needs of the individual. Practitioners are highly trained women who have done their own work, and are camped out on the leading edges of the universe with some chocolate, a cup of tea, and gifts to share with their beloveds.

Intentional Creativity® is a global movement. Practitioners around the world gather for annual events, participate in the Intentional Creativity Guild, and keep connected through monthly calls.

Creating with intention is simply working with mindfulness in whatever we set our hands to. Whether it is creating a soup, a garden, a business plan or a painting. We are more present because we choose to be and the results are different than if we are not paying attention. Intentional Creativity is an approach to creating that yields greater access to who we are now and who we are becoming, and what is possible for us and our unfolding future.”
